About Nirguna Dance Company
Nestled in the heart of Lucknow, Nirguna Dance Company (NDC) is a 1,500 sq. ft. creative studio for dancers, artists, musicians, and art lovers. Founded by sisters Shachi Biswas and Chinmoyee Biswas, NDC was born from a shared vision to create a safe and nurturing space for passionate dancers. The centre offers training in the ancient Indian classical dance form of Bharatanatyam, alongside modern dance styles such as Contemporary and Ballet. Nirguna Dance Company also welcomes individuals who simply wish to move freely and joyfully, offering energetic Bollywood and freestyle dance classes. Beyond being a dance school, Nirguna is envisioned as an artistic platform, one where serious practitioners, professional dancers, musicians, and art exhibitors are invited to perform, collaborate, and showcase their craft. Through this, Nirguna Dance Company functions not only as a place of learning but also as a space for artistic exchange and professional performance.
